MOORPARK, Calif.- The Royals concluded their fall schedule on a strong note at the Cal Pac/ GSAC Fall Invitational on Monday, October 26th. The Royals headed to Rustic Canyon Golf Course to face off against Marymount (CA), Providence Christian College, The Master's University, Westmont, and Vanguard. 

The Women's Golf Team walked away with a team win for the second consecutive tournament, and Ashley Fernandez (SR/Anaheim, CA) and Day Martinez (FR/Anaheim, CA) tying for the top spot as individuals. On the men's side, Carter Anderson (SO/Riverside, CA) took home an individual award, finishing number one overall.

The Women won for their second consecutive tournament win, which is the first time in program history the Women have won two tournaments in one fall season. The women shot a team score of 348, with the second-place team being 30 strokes behind. Once again, Ashley Fernandez and Day Martinez led the way for the Royals as they both finished with an 85, tying for the best score of all 25 golfers who competed on the women's side. 

Jenny Ho (JR/Upland, CA) and Macy Anderson (FR/Roseville, CA) rounded out the team score of 348 as they both shot an 89, just four strokes behind Fernandez and Martinez. 

The Men finished just two strokes out of first place behind conference foe The Master's University, with a team score of 324. Carter Anderson shot the lowest round of the day to earn top individual honors with a 76. 

Ben Bernard (JR/Cypress, CA) shot 81 for a fourth overall finish, followed by Connor Pierson (JR/Murrieta, CA) (83) and Cameron Salkeld (SR/North Tustin, CA) (84) for the Men's Team score of 324. 

Zack Heidrich (FR/Angelus Oaks, CA) posted a score of 85, followed by Luke Brandenburg (FR/Yucaipa, CA), who shot an 87. 

The Royals ended the fall season on a high note and will continue to prepare for the spring season starting in February.
